curl-library

Libcurl with under Visual Studio 2010 on Windows 64

I have been trying to get libcurl to work with Visual Studio 2010 (Windows 64). I have downloaded 7.56.1 (64 bit version), but I don't see the libcurl library file or the dll.

Do I have to compile to generate the .lib and .dll files? If so, can anyone please give me an short instruction on how to go about doing so.
