Could this be documented somewhere?
Maybe right at the affected callbacks?

Contradictory, in the example https://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/http2-serverpush.html
curl_easy_setopt() is called from within CURLMOPT_PUSHFUNCTION.
Is this another exception?
