This has now landed in git master. The new include file is used in parallel
with the old one that is still being used. There's a new test (number 1541)
that verifies that the new header comes to the same conclusion as the old
header and fails the test otherwise.

If anyone experiences problems with test 1541, speak up!

It is perfectly fine to disable test 1541 or just ignore that result if you
want to just move on, but all 1541-failures are of interest to me to fix, so
that we can have curl/system.h completely replace curl/curlbuild.h in the
future.
