disable ldaps on Solaris SPARC
Date: Thu, 23 Mar 2017 16:30:15 +0000
Hi,
On a host running Solaris 2.10 SPARC , I'm trying to disable LDAPS by configuring in this way :
./configure --without-libidn --disable-ldaps --without-ssl
But LDAP(S) are still enabled :
curl version: 7.54.0-DEV
Host setup: sparc-sun-solaris2.10
Install prefix: /usr/local
Compiler: cc
SSL support: no (--with-{ssl,gnutls,nss,polarssl,mbedtls,cyassl,axtls,winssl,darwinssl} )
SSH support: no (--with-libssh2)
zlib support: enabled
GSS-API support: no (--with-gssapi)
TLS-SRP support: no (--enable-tls-srp)
resolver: default (--enable-ares / --enable-threaded-resolver)
IPv6 support: enabled
Unix sockets support: enabled
IDN support: no (--with-{libidn2,winidn})
Build libcurl: Shared=yes, Static=yes
Built-in manual: enabled
--libcurl option: enabled (--disable-libcurl-option)
Verbose errors: enabled (--disable-verbose)
SSPI support: no (--enable-sspi)
ca cert bundle: no
ca cert path: no
ca fallback: no
LDAP support: enabled (OpenLDAP)
LDAPS support: enabled
RTSP support: enabled
RTMP support: no (--with-librtmp)
metalink support: no (--with-libmetalink)
PSL support: no (libpsl not found)
HTTP2 support: disabled (--with-nghttp2)
Protocols: DICT FILE FTP GOPHER HTTP IMAP LDAP LDAPS POP3 RTSP SMTP TELNET TFTP
By running the same command on a Linux RHEL7 , then LDAPS are effectively disabled :
curl version: 7.54.0-DEV
Host setup: x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu
Install prefix: /usr/local
Compiler: gcc

TLS-SRP support: no (--enable-tls-srp)
resolver: default (--enable-ares / --enable-threaded-resolver)
IPv6 support: enabled
Unix sockets support: enabled
IDN support: no (--with-{libidn2,winidn})
Build libcurl: Shared=yes, Static=yes
Built-in manual: enabled
--libcurl option: enabled (--disable-libcurl-option)
Verbose errors: enabled (--disable-verbose)
SSPI support: no (--enable-sspi)
ca cert bundle: /etc/pki/tls/certs/ca-bundle.crt
ca cert path: no
ca fallback: no
LDAP support: no (--enable-ldap / --with-ldap-lib / --with-lber-lib)
LDAPS support: no (--enable-ldaps)
RTSP support: enabled
RTMP support: no (--with-librtmp)
metalink support: no (--with-libmetalink)
PSL support: no (libpsl not found)

Any idea what I did wrong ?
Thks for help.
