I looked into it, and am embarrassed by the resolution. It's a problem in
libgcrypt that I reported to them at the beginning of the year and that was
subsequently fixed in ver. 1.6. When I rebuilt libssh2, I forgot to
rebuild it against the fixed libgcrypt.
