A word from your release manager! ;-)

The release date of 7.52.0 was previously set to happen in the days between
xmas and newyear. That's just a bad time for me personally to do release work,
so let's move it.

Let's release on December 21 instead. That's a week earler than previously
planned. The feature freeze date is then also moved two days and instead now
happens on November 28 - exactly two weeks from today. Still plenty of time of
you want to land a new feature before the next release.
