...and now I'm seeing that CURLINFO_COOKIELIST is an slist-returning
curl_easy_getinfo() value... This might be adaptable to the apparently
missing CONNECT_TO, etc options via getinfo_slist()...

Pardon me for "thinking out-loud" on the list :/
