Be advised tests 1139 and 1140 are failing because the two perl scripts
aren't included in the 7.49 release source. I tried both the zip and
tar.gz in Ubuntu 14 x64 vm.

1139 stderr:
Can't open perl script "./manpage-scan.pl": No such file or directory

1140 stderr:
Can't open perl script "./nroff-scan.pl": No such file or directory
