Hello all,

Attached is a patch implementing public key pinning in the PolarSSL
backend, it's almost a 100% copy+paste from the mbedtls code, mostly
just removing the mbedtls_ prefix from the functions.

I also re-arranged the backend support documentation to hopefully make
it clearer which backends support what features.
