Hey team!

I'm now marking a bunch of bugs as 'KNOWN_BUGS material' in the github bug
tracker at https://github.com/curl/curl/issues.

These are issues that have been posted at least a few months ago and there's
no active work on them and there's no sign of them getting fixed anytime soon.

Therefore, unless someone steps up and makes something happen on them, I will
soon add them to the KNOWN_BUGS document and close them in the tracker,
possibly to be opened again in a future of course if someone wants to work on
them. Keeping a lot of old stale bugs around is not a good procedure and helps
no one.

By adding them to KNOWN_BUGS, they will at least not be totally forgotten and
anyone who looks for something to help out with or perhaps run into the same
problem can also find the issue through that document.
