It says it did, along with easycurl. Is there a different installation
option?

The NuGet package for curl looks to be about 3 years old. I don't think
it's being maintained. I just tried it in Visual Studio 2012 Update 5 and the
dependencies failed to download. Check if it actually installed for your
project.
