I've updated my patch using the feedback I received from the original. I
hope it is now in a state to be considered for inclusion.

Following my last email, I added clarification for the upload buffer
contents and the use of -4 when accessing data in the buffer. I also
removed code relating to the unnecessary MAC_key and reverted the
session_key.

In addition, I addressed the malloc checking, return code on smb_sign,
and the use of crypto libraries. If there are any other concerns or
questions, please let me know.
