OK, I'll take a look at that. I'm inclined to ask for a
clarification from the HTTPbis WG, which I'll do in a few minutes.

I'll send patches for this and bug #39. I'll hold off as to ignoring
Content-Length/Transfer-Encoding until I get a clarification.
