Hey friends,

I've closed the ability (for normal users) to create new bug reports on
sourceforge and I've urged the reports of the remaining bugs on sourceforge to
resubmit them on github. There are now only 4 open bugs left on sourceforge
(and 5 on github atm).

I've also tried to update all docs in the git tree and on the web site to only
refer to the github issue tracker now for bugs.
