Hi,
https://github.com/bagder/curl/commit/81ee1e69fe9fd236e2cc6a9bb392a3ed51edc94a
replaced Curl_hash_clean_with_criterium(hash, NULL, free_all_entries)
with Curl_hash_clean(hash), but I don't think they are semantically equivalent:
Curl_hash_clean also frees h->table, which is only created by init.
