I attached the working patch for OpenSSL OCSP stapling. It includes a workaround
made by Joe Mason for the OpenSSL bug that caused all the Cloudflare sites and
a few others to always fail (see [0]).

I've done some testing and it seems it works fine for all the live servers that
support OCSP stapling that I could find.
