Thank you, I scheduled fixing it for today, but you have already found
the issue. The manual page of unix(7) confirms that your approach
(zeroing out the memory) is correct.

Another patch is attached to fix the output generated by --libcurl in
presence of a --unix-socket option. It is really nice that it is so easy
to make --libcurl automagically work!
