then you can try this:

1) set path to MSVC buildtools (usually a link in menu to vcvarsall.bat
or similar)

2) set vars pointing to your openssl and libssh2 headers + libs

3) call:
cd lib && nmake /f Makefile.vc10 cfg=release-ssl-ssh2-zlib
cd ..\src && nmake /f Makefile.vc10 cfg=release-ssl-ssh2-zlib
