Could someone point me to or provide up-to-date instructions on how to
cross-compile nss and nspr on Debian Linux using MinGW or MinGW-w64?

I would rather not like to use the pre-compiled nss and nspr builds of
the Pidgin developer community to create curl builds. Thanks!
