Hey

In order to have less confusion about when we do releases and when we merge
changes/features into our main tree, I decided we could just as well go to
a strict 8 week schedule.

So, we'll have

  4 weeks of accepting features
  [feature freeze]
  4 weeks of *not* accepting new features (ie bug-fixes only)
  [release]

... and then we start over.

This allows us to tell the release schedule for the rest of the year:

  - May 21
  - July 16
  - September 10
  - November 5
  - December 31

They're all on Wednesdays.

Of course, things can and will still happen that change the plan but this is
still my intention going forward.

The curl google calendar now has these recurring events added.
