Error 59 is CURLE_SSL_CIPHER, which means "Couldn't use specified cipher."
or "failed setting cipher list". So, it appears that whichever SSL back-end
your libcurl is configured with doesn't support the "rsa_rc4_128_sha" cipher
type. It could be called something else, depending on which SSL library is in
use.
