Hi,

I just wanted to inform all the deevlopers out there using libcurl,
that i have created a new buildsystem that allows you to link
libcurl statically on Windows using the latest release of curl,
openssl, libssh2 and zlib.

All features are turned on by default. Please note that for now only libcurl
is built, but i plan on adding support for building the executable in the
nearest future.

Please note that this is not a fork, it's only a repository container with
the needed dependencies
checked in as a git submodule.
