Hi

From the documentation, I understand that to achieve HTTP connection
re-use I have to either:
(1) re-use a curl easy handle or
(2) use a multi handle.

This is fine, but I also noticed that there is a "share" option
CURL_LOCK_DATA_CONNECT but as of yet there is no implementation (it
fails silently).

Is this something which is being actively developed, or has it been abandoned?

I found a similar question in the mailing list archive from 2005 :o(….
