Hi all,

Is there anyone using krb4 support in libcurl? Is there anyone even building
with krb4 support? I don't.

I've personally realized that it is very hard to even track down a krb4
library and MIT has publicly worked hard to deprecated their version:

    http://web.mit.edu/kerberos/krb4-end-of-life.html

I can spot a case for dropping krb4 support...
