Yeah, it clearly seems as if finally not having this part imlemented actually
makes a difference.... Kinda curious that it has taken 15 years of HTTP
operations for this to become a problem!

Anyone feels like taking a stab at implementing section 5.2.4 of RFC3986 for
libcurl?
