I am puzzled about how to get my Windows program to know where the cert
files are - and to absorb them properly. I continue to see this error
message:
curl_easy_perform() failed: Peer certificate cannot be authenticated with
given CA certificates

I ran across:

"The CURLOPT_CAPATH<http://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/curl_easy_setopt.html#CURLOPTCAPATH>
function
apparently does not work in Windows due to some limitation in openssl."

Is this still current? If so - can I get some clues from a Windows
programmer as to how to work around that.
