Hi,

there are three patches against the current master (44a3cdb9db) attached
to this message.

The first patch updates the libcurl documentation HTML index.

The second patch clarifies some vague parts in the libcurl API
documentation. It also fices some typos.

The third patch adds a line to the .gitignore file to the effect that
patches generated by 'git format-patch' are ignored.
