Hi Daniel,

We wanted to update libcurl support for both features in the 1.1 and the 1.2
branch of the PolarSSL SSL library.

Attached are four patches to do the following:

- Add human readable error strings to the PolarSSL error messages

- Move to the CTR_DRBG random generator and its entropy pool

- Add support for pthreaded environments (w.r.t. the entropy pool)

- Add support for windows threaded environments (w.r.t. the entropy
pool)

Would you rather like a pull request or use attached patches as they are
now?

We rebased everything to the master branch as it was three hours ago.

Are there any other issues anyone is aware of that you'd like to see?
