Hi ho

We're now in feature freeze for the upcoming release.

I have not yet merged my always-multi work, but I still intend to do so before
the release - and I don't consider it a new feature. I'll work some more with
Yang first to nail the remaining problems he has seen. But I expect others to
also find a bug or two once I merge it, so I still need to count on a week or
two of stabilization to follow.
