CURLOPT_RESOVE memory leak with multi-handle is not fixed completely

Daniel and all,
I think the memory leak mentioned in
http://sourceforge.net/p/curl/bugs/1150/ is still not fixed
completely. If all the easy handles are removed from the multi handle,
then when multi handle is cleaned up, the DNS cache entries populated
from CURLOPT_RESOLVE are not cleared.
