I see a lot of copyright statements in this file, but no indication that
you're allowed to post it to a public mailing list. Last time I checked,
you had to pay HP $1K to get their OS.
The source of the problem is pretty obvious by looking at the header;
The compile error was deliberately introduced to catch an obvious
problem with the TRUE and FALSE definition. In any case, Daniel just
pushed a fix to gopher.c to remove the includes altogether, so this
won't be a problem in future releases.
