I have RHEL4 curl builds here:
http://mirror.city-fan.org/ftp/contrib/sysutils/Mirroring/

To use them, you'll also need some of the library packages (e.g.
libssh2) from here:
http://mirror.city-fan.org/ftp/contrib/libraries/

If you need to build your own packages, you might take at look at the
SRPM and see how I did it.
