Hi,

I was wondering if it would be possible to generate the DEF files as
part of the cross build on the windows side in the future. A link to
the information can be found here:

The rationale for this is that it could potentially make it easier for
someone using the MSVC toolchain to link against a MINGW toolchain
compiled libcurl since the MSVC builds are somewhat out of date.
Basically, for each of the DLLs, there would be a corresponding .DEF
and then someone could use the MSVC toolchain to generate the .LIB so
it can be linked into the application.
