hmmm; this sounds as if the problem is inside one of the Perl modules
...; but its of course also possible that the Mozilla system which
should provide the raw data has some issues (perhaps a recent update?);
can you please try to track down where the problem is? F.e. download the
file with curl from the URL which is in the script, and check if this
gives always same and correct result ...

also I somehow missed the discussion why we introduced 17 days ago
downloading the certdata.txt now via https ..?
