Looking at the git log I think that was my original patch from October as
opposed to the slightly updated version from January.

I will check out the difference in the morning, when I'm a bit more awake
and will let you know, but I think it is the angled brackets fix (patch
0002) and the documentation update (patch 0004) from 7th Jan that are also
required.

Am I correct in thinking that the test cases don't run under Windows? I
guess I can still write test cases even though I can't run them though!
