I estimate the number of users stuck on the old cyassl version not able to
upgrade to be fairly low so I didn't bother to add support for the old but
instead I just merged Todd's patch and pushed it now.

If someone REALLY wants cyassl < v2 support in libcurl he/she can (still)
easily add it.
