Hallo,
I've upgraded libCurl to 1.23 and libssh2 to 1.30 and the problems
disappears.
But, unfortunately, we got a problem on timing:

*ftp* file size: 6442450944 bytes__

real 0m18.146s

user 0m1.295s

sys 0m14.821s

*sftp*file size: 6442450944 bytes__

real 22m26.180s

user 16m46.159s

sys 1m29.796s
