Note the bug I posted about a while ago, where it fails to handle
a LIST command when there are no messages - this is a dot stuffing
bug. There is no message delete support either. There have been some issues
noted recently with dot stuffing not working properly over a buffer
boundary. (Note that my patch-reworked the dot stuffing code).
