I'm using libcurl to download a 16 Mb file. From the command line I can
run "curl file://file.bin >newfile.bin" and it completes in 17
seconds(~835k/s). The curl_easy_perform() call runs at 8k/s and takes
almost an hour. Why don't the two commands run at the same speed?
