The choices are overwhelming and the wizard led me to a choice I didn't like.
My platform and requirements are:

1. Source code
2. Windows XP, Windows 7
3. Visual Studio 2008,
4. SSL/TLS enabled
5. Compile and link statically
6. Link to static CRT ( c run-time )
