Hi, I hope the attached diff for lib/hostip6.c can be considered. In
lib/hostip4.c numerical IP addresses can be detected and a trip to the DNS
resolver is avoided; however this is not the case in hostip6.c. The
attached patch makes it the same, at least for IPv4 numerical addresses.
