In order to consider that work complete, it would be convenient to
better integrate samba's winbind daemon auth helper implementation
when used.

At many places the fact of using samba's winbind daemon auth helper is
denoted as NTLM_SSO capability. When as a matter of fact NTLM SSO
(single sign on) is just a feature that may be achieved using samba's
winbind daemon auth helper or by other means. I started fixing this,
but given that it was interfering with Steve work I stopped, now I may
restart this. Steve now that you are more familiar with git these
changes/fixes might disturb your work less.
