Now that libcurl once again has an option for delegating credentials in
the GSSAPI, it is possible to re-enable this ability in the command line
as well. Just as it the caller must now explicitly set the option
CURLOPT_GSSAPI_DELEGATION in the call to Curl_gss_init_sec_context, it
needs to be an explicit command line parameter flag: It should probably
