I want to urge you all to consider if you have a small libcurl-using snippet
laying around or if you can write one up that could be provided to us and used
as an example to help your fellow libcurl hackers? It is a great way to
contribute to the project!

I did a quick check, and there are no less than 115 options for which we don't
have a single example using - and then I skipped a few deprecated options from
the count. See below for the complete list of non-covered options.

I also believe we lack examples for many protocols that aren't HTTP or FTP.
