In HTTP PUT: After 100 continue, curl library is not calling the read callback.

Hi All,
I am trying to PUT a file in a server location using the sample* http_put.c
*file in the example.
100-continue is came from the server, but the read callback is not called
and the application is hanged.
Is this the problem with the server or i have enable any setting in Library.
I am using the APACHE server, whether i have to enable PUT request in that
server.
Please help me to resolve this issue.
