I have experienced some problem with HTTPs in the latest curl 7.21.6

But it seems not an issue with curl 7.21.4

My curl 7.21.4 is compiled with Visual Studio 2010 as:

curl 7.21.4 (amd64-pc-win32) libcurl/7.21.4 OpenSSL/1.0.0d zlib/1.2.5
libssh2/1.2.8

Protocols: dict file ftp ftps gopher http https imap imaps ldap pop3
pop3s rtsp scp sftp smtp smtps telnet tftp

Features: AsynchDNS Largefile NTLM SSL libz

My curl 7.21.6 is compiled the same way as 7.21.4 :

curl 7.21.6 (amd64-pc-win32) libcurl/7.21.6 OpenSSL/1.0.0d zlib/1.2.5
libssh2/1.2.8

Protocols: dict file ftp ftps gopher http https imap imaps ldap pop3
pop3s rtsp scp sftp smtp smtps telnet tftp

Features: AsynchDNS Largefile NTLM SSL libz

With curl 7.21.4

I can login into

https://tss.sfs.db.com/investpublic

and

https://xfer.spservicing.com/

Both are based on "SSLv3, TLS handshake"

But with curl 7.21.6 , I cannot pass the login screen (always rejected
by the web site).

Hopefully someone has the same experience of above problem, and
already found the fix.
