I confirm it's 7.21.6. I found the bug in the Debian package:
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=627335

I rebuild the package from source after checking the source is really
7.21.6 (yes https://github.com/bagder/curl/commit/c2c89481909de99e37f4aee46c8bc1b1358a5988
is there), so it doesn't looks like a packaging problem.
