As the number of subscribers to this mailing list has surpassed a thousand and
is slowly approaching 1100, I just want to put people's attention to the fact
that I've revamped the netiquette web page:

This document is now also shipped as part of the release tarball as plain text
in the docs directory: docs/MAIL-ETIQUETTE. All in the hope that it will let
us communicate and cooperate smoothly.

(The web page is automatically generated from the plain text version in the
source tree, so corrections or additions should go in there.)
