It might make more sense to reuse the same data structure as is already used
for CURLOPT_RESOLVE. Unlike, CURLOPT_NOPROXY. this list is likely to need
to be dynamically modified on subsequent connections, which is more
efficient to do if it's a linked list instead of a fixed-length string.
