We need a lot of more info to be able to tell. You can easily cause such a
problem yourself by doing things wrong in the app or you might of course have
fell over a libcurl bug or misfeature.

I would advice that you work on writing a small stand-alone app that can
reproduce this problem so that we can help out to track this down.
